About the Company:
Joslyn Fine Metalwork Inc. opened its commercial studio in 1985. The purpose was to offer beautifully designed iron products that are both artful and functional.
Master blacksmith and professional designer Steve Joslyn recognized a need for the high quality, imaginative, wrought iron products that were once available. Well designed and built railings, chandeliers, sconces, and interior furnishings were highly sought after and proudly displayed in elegant homes across the US and abroad.
We believe consumers and professionals are given little choice when searching for wrought iron pieces. They are limited to mass-produced, factory made products. Most of this ironwork is poorly designed and constructed, and sorely lacking in detail and imagination. Consumers, builders, architects, and interior designers need high quality wrought iron products available to them. We offer these products.
We create by hand a small quantity of superb wrought iron products. We are artists and designers. We guarantee our work and customer satisfaction. Custom projects and designs are our specialty. We offer what others cannot. Exceptional ironwork personal service, and customer satisfaction.
Shipping and Handling:
If packages are too large or heavy for our standard shipping methods, freight express (truck) will be used. International orders will be shipped via parcel post or freight express. The client pays any additional freight charges.
Damaged Goods:
All shipments bear insurance coverage through the shipper based on sales value. Any damage must be first reported to the shipper. You must retain all packaging material for the carrier's inspection. Before a replacement of merchandise is issued to you, the damage claim must be filed with the carrier.
Return Policy:
Custom pieces may not be returned for a cash refund. Please see the "Custom Work" page for details.
Shipping Time:
Made to order pieces will be shipped between 1 to 8 weeks. When delays beyond this timeline are expected, client will be notified upon placement of order of the shipping date.
